Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated outside the city, in an okay location, although slightly inconvenient. The rooms offer a marina view, are spacious and comfortable, but had a noticeable cigarette smell on a non-smoking floor. The service was courteous and professional but had issues with room arrangements and a separate charge for a double bed. The dining options were average, with a nice choice of eating inside or outside by the pool. The facilities were basic, nothing extraordinary.
The hotel rooms were absolutely fine, comfortable with good air conditioning, a welcome fridge, and a kettle, although a bit old. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for a stopover while traveling. The dining experience was good with a choice of dining indoors or by the pool.
The hotel offers rooms with a view towards the bay of Naples and equipped with a fridge. The rooms are satisfactory in every aspect and consistently good. The service provided by the Manager and staff is helpful, ensuring clean and well-serviced rooms, making it a very good place to sleep. However, there were issues with staffing levels during my stay. The location, although a bit far from Salerno City Centre, still offers a convenient setting for day trips around the Amalfi coast. The dining experience, while decent with a selection of smoked meats, had some issues with billing accuracy. The hotel facilities were decent, meeting the basic requirements.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although spacious and clean, reeked of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking floor. On the bright side, we were welcomed with drinks and enjoyed a very good breakfast. The service was a mix of helpfulness in suggesting city restaurants and disappointment with extra charges for a double bed that turned out to be two singles put together. The location was a letdown for me, with it being quite far from Salerno and requiring expensive taxi rides. The dining experience was average but could use improvement with more diverse options. Despite the flaws, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were old but quiet, and the WiFi was quite unstable, slow, with several interruptions. While the view from the first-floor car parking wasn't ideal, the hot drink setup was comfortable and quiet. However, the room smelled of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room, and we had to open the windows to air it off.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and quiet, although the smell of smoke in a designated no-smoking room was a downside that required airing out. The service was pleasant and friendly, but there was a missed opportunity to advise on discounted local attractions. The location, although part of the Amalfi coast, was far from the city center and surrounded by construction sites, making it less appealing for solo travelers. The dining experience varied from excellent to disastrous due to staffing issues. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped, offering a relaxing stay overall.
